Audience: Campus and District Administrators, Instructional Coaches, Instructional Leadership Team and Content / Lead Teacher Description: As a collaborative leadership model, the B.E.A.M. / T.E.A.A.M. involves the principal, teachers, and other school personnel sharing responsibilities to boost student achievement and create a positive school climate. Educators of all levels may provide this feedback, from peers to coaches to administrators, and it is used in various ways, including for self-reflection, collaborative planning, and formal evaluation. This collaborative model of leadership creates the opportunity for districts to ensure all educators receive high-quality instruction, increased professional growth opportunities for all stakeholders. Collaborative leadership: 1. Builds a culture of trust, collegiality, and shared responsibility for all sudents. 2. Provide leadership opportunities for effective educators. 3. Reduces evalutor workload.
